🔄 Refund Policy
We offer refunds or free replacements in cases where the issue is caused by manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
Customers must contact us within 3–5 days after receiving the item and provide clear photos or details of the issue so we can review and assist promptly.
Once confirmed, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost, depending on the customer’s preference.
🔹 Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders are automatically moved into production and cannot be canceled or refunded, as all items are handmade or custom-produced.

💰 How to Request a Refund

2️⃣ If approved, ship the item back (return shipping is at your cost).
